Adusting??

Or just being healthier?

I don't know what's going on but my blood sugars are looking so much better. I'll be talking to my doctor, but for the last three mornings, I've had the exact same breakfast (a banana and 1/4 cup of cottage cheese).

Monday - 142
Tuesday - 119
Wednesday - 97

So what changed between those days? I ate the same thing. I ate within 15 minutes of the same time for every day. Either my body is adjusting or something is going on. Either way, I'll take it! Healthy numbers is all I care about!
